Meet Kathy Nystrom

A dynamic agent in Indian River County, Nystrom boasts 20 years of selling, buying, renting and managing experience, helping hundreds of Buyers and Sellers, Tenants and Landlords realize their dreams. Her honed negotiating skills, experience, knowledge and excellent communication make for a fun, easy and profitable real estate experience.

In 2005, Nystrom started in the housing business in Vero with a focus primarily on Beach rentals and swiftly found success. She started her own property management company and then three years later, she made a move to a larger company with a focus on sales. Now, coming full circle, she intends to create a better experience for both Landlords and Tenants while still continuing to skillfully help clients buy and sell homes.

Kathy graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a BA in Mass Communications, Political Science and a minor in French. She is a Sunday School teacher, tennis enthusiast and a former commuter airline pilot.
